Case Study: Business Proposals

Need

Savant Consultants, LLC, an executive jet management company, needed to prepare two proposals: a three-page letter to a client and a longer, formal proposal to a bank. We were already familiar with their business, having created a website for their Blue Skies Aviation division two years before.

Action

Over a series of interviews and back-and-forth editing, we helped the client craft two substantive and convincing proposals.

Outcome

After the proposals were submitted, they both encountered month-long delays. But, eventually, both were successful. The client said, “It’s been a long road to get there, but the proposals themselves were spot on.”
