Case Study: Business Plan
Need
A businesswoman with a diploma in fine pastry making and years of experience in making cakes and pastries for events in her community was ready to make her dream a reality. She had long wanted to open a small coffee shop serving fine European pastries in Aurora, CO. She had savings and a co-investor, but they needed a business plan to secure additional funding.
Action
We interviewed the client, asking questions about all aspects of the business she envisioned. She provided all the financial statements needed, using templates we furnished. She had a plethora of photographs of beautiful cakes and pastries she had made in the past. There was more drooling than usual involved in writing this business plan.
Outcome
HiRa Café and Patisserie is open, operating, and serving delicious and beautiful pastries. Check it out next time you are in Aurora.
